Cancellation Policy
All appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled, within 24 hrs of your scheduled time, will have a cancellation fee applied. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file and be 50% of the total cost of the services booked.
Subsequently, if your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled by Salvage within 24 hrs, a 50% discount will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.
Late Policy
If you are running late to your appointment, please reach out to let us know. Any appointments that are more then 15 min late will be cancelled and the cancellation fee will be charged.
Child Policy
Salvage Grooming Lounge prides itself on providing a safe and relaxing environment so any child under the age of 10 must be supervised by a parent who is not receiving a service at all times.
