Cancellation Policy

All appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled, within 24 hrs of your scheduled time, will have a cancellation fee applied. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file and be 50% of the total cost of the services booked.

Subsequently, if your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled by Salvage within 24 hrs, a 50% discount will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.

Late Policy

If you are running late to your appointment, please reach out to let us know. There is a 5-minute grace period, but after that we may need to cancel the appointment and a 50% late cancellation/no-show fee may apply to keep the rest of the day's schedule on track.

Child Policy

Salvage Grooming Lounge prides itself on providing a safe and relaxing environment so any child under the age of 10 must be supervised by a parent who is not receiving a service at all times.
